Based in Sarasota, Fl., our studio is one of the most fully
equipped Pilates studios in the world. From the tiny 5 inch
toe exerciser apparatus all the way to the 6 ½ foot tall Cadillac
apparatus, the studio features the very best in Gratz brand
equipment. Gratz brand equipment is based on the original designs
of legendary physical trainer, Joseph Pilates, and it is the
equipment of choice by his successor Romana Kryzanowska.
At our studio, the setting is professional and inspirational.
The studio features vaulted ceilings, bamboo floors, plenty
of natural light, replicas of the original anatomy posters
displayed in Joseph Pilates’ New York studio, and a poster
featuring Joseph Pilates himself doing a work out. Most importantly,
there is always an up-to-date certificate of continuing education
on display in the studio. Clients receive lessons in a completely
private and comfortable setting, allowing for a deeper, more
efficient learning experience.
Mission Statement
As a second generation certified Pilates
instructor, I can assure you that you will receive Pilates
instruction in its purest form, as Joseph Pilates delivered
it to Romana Kryzanowska, and she delivered it to me. My goal
is to preserve the integrity of Joseph Pilates’ original vision
of physical and mental conditioning while constructing creative
workouts tailored to the individual.
